Energy Audit and Renewable Energy Study for the Inverness Public Utility District

Objective: Conduct a district-wide energy audit and renewable energy feasibility study for the Inverness Public Utility District, a special district providing water and fire services.

Result: Sage comprehensively reviewed all district facilities—including two water treatment plants, water pumps, firehouse, and offices—and identified energy efficiency recommendations that resulted in a 14% overall reduction in energy use.
 
Services: Sage performed feasibility studies and environmental analyses for renewable energy generation using wind, solar, and micro-hydro. Sage also identified energy efficiency measures and recommended funding sources to aid the district in deciding which energy generation solutions it should implement.
