Solar PV & CREBs Financing Project for the Tomales Village Community Service District (TVCSD)

Objective: Help the TVCSD finance and implement a grid-tied solar PV system to offset electrical usage at the district’s wastewater facilities.

Result: Sage worked closely with TVCSD to plan and implement a combined 32 kW PV project financed by Clean Renewable Energy Bonds (CREBs) for the village of Tomales, CA. Sage also assisted with system commissioning and performance verification, as well as integrating system monitoring into the district’s SCADA system.

Services: Sage provided feasibility studies, financial and performance modeling, RFP generation and vendor selection, design consulting, and overall project management services.
