835kW Solar PV Project, West Sonoma County UHSD

Objective: Serve as the District's energy consultant for a solar PV program aimed to zero the District's electricity bill at three high school campuses. 

Result:  Assisted with conceptual design, a successful RFP process, vendor selection and contract negotiations.  Sage is currently providing design and construction oversight on the $4.7M project. 

Services:  Working with the District's architect, QKA, Sage is currently serving as energy consultant for the 835kW GO bond-financed solar PV project being installed at the three high school campuses, serving eight separate meters. Sage has provided historical usage assessment, conceptual PV systems design, financial and performance modeling, RFP development and vendor selection, contract negotiation, and CSI rebate applications and management. The project is on a tight schedule to coordinate with major construction completion by the end of summer break 2011. Sage is assisting with construction oversight and commissioning certification.
