• Energy Evaluations – We conduct a thorough analysis of your current and projected energy use, identify energy management opportunities, and develop a comprehensive energy management plan. We can then oversee vendor selection and implement efficiency measures.
• Project Financing – We provide financial modeling for your project and identify all available rebates and incentives. Our experience modeling various forms of financing—including CREBs, municipal bonds, loans, leases and PPAs—means we can help you identify the best financing structure for your project.
• System Design – Sage works with you to develop a system that best meets your needs based on your available resources, energy usage, budget and goals. We will identify the most appropriate technologies, develop a conceptual design for your system, and develop a conservative cost estimate. If needed, Sage will oversee the development of the design until it is ready for bid.
• Bid & Project Management – Sage is experienced in all aspects of bid and project management. We will develop an RFP, oversee vendor selection, assist and oversee permitting, and provide oversight during construction.
• Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning – We work with clients to ensure all systems meet their design intent, operate and interact optimally, and fully meet client expectations.
• System Monitoring and Support – Sage independently monitors and evaluates performance for new and existing renewable energy systems, and finds solutions to optimize efficiency.
